Steve Griffin

Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner

Steve Griffin joined Out-Fit in 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of the company.  He is responsible for operations, finance, information technology, and administration.  With a focus on increasing sales, streamlining operations, and improving financials, he is key to Out-Fit’s success.

Steve brings a wealth of big company experience to Out-Fit, as he previously served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Gemstar-TV Guide.  His focus there was to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of information technology across the company. In this role, Steve had responsibility for the company’s technology infrastructure, enterprise application development and support, information security, and the business continuity program.  With more than 20 years of experience in multiple industries, including media and entertainment, banking, and healthcare, Griffin has continually leveraged his experience in both operations, information technology and financial management. 

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Dayton.  

Steve, his wife Keli, and their two daughters reside in Moorpark, CA.
