Merchandise may be returned for credit subject to the following terms:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping costs. Freight charges (original and returns) will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- A return authorization number must be obtained from Out-Fit, before merchandise may be returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied within 30 days of invoice date on products in saleable condition.
- A 30% restocking fee will be applied within 60 days of invoice date on products in saleable condition.
- No credit will be allowed for items returned 60+ days after the invoice date.
- If returned item(s) are not in sellable condition, we will return the item(s) to you and you will be responsible for full payment of the item(s) as invoiced.
- If the return is due to Out-Fit's error, please call us so we can correct it. You will not be charged shipping.
- For all other returns, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
