These plates have been drop tested 4,000 times, so you can be sure they will stand up to even the heaviest use in your facility. Recessed finger grips help when lifting plates off the floor or the bar.
FLOORING.
These Elite Competition Bumper Plates should be used on suitable flooring. Choose the Lift Zone, Weight Layer Tile or Flexi-Tuf for the very best performance.
TRAINING.
The Olympic Weightlifting Instructor Course will provide your team of instructors or personal trainers with all the knowledge they need to effectively and safely implement this type of exercise into training sessions. The course covers the snatch, the clean and the jerk, and progressions to build up to these lifts.
